1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the xtbajee platform, accessible at xtbajee.net. They govern your access to and use of the website, all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support provided by xtbajee.

By clicking "Register", by logging in to an existing account, or by placing any wager on xtbajee, you confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• Are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to your location;
• Are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent of any third party;

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to xtbajee is restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. 18+

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or another person's identity when registering.

xtbajee reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time — including but not limited to proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method (a screenshot or confirmation from your bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. xtbajee recommends that you:

• Log out of your account after each session on shared devices;

xtbajee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. 3.3 Account Information Updates

If any of the information you provided at registration changes — including your mobile number, email address, or primary payment method — you must update your account details promptly by contacting [email protected]. xtbajee cannot be held responsible for failed payment processing, missed communications, or verification delays resulting from outdated account information.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xtbajee supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• bKash — mobile financial service by BRAC Bank;
• Nagad — digital financial service by Bangladesh Post Office;
• Rocket — mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank;
• Upay — digital wallet service;
• Dutch-Bangla Bank — direct bank transfer.

All transactions on xtbajee are conducted exclusively in BDT. xtbajee does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at xtbajee is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by xtbajee; however, individual payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may impose their own daily and per-transaction limits, which take precedence over xtbajee's platform limits. Deposits are typically credited to your xtbajee account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at xtbajee are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit. Requesting a withdrawal to a different account requires additional identity verification.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of request submission, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

xtbajee offers promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions — to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of each offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out here. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your xtbajee account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically:

• Slot games: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements;

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, using low-risk hedging strategies specifically to extract bonus value, or any pattern of play that xtbajee determines is designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — is strictly prohibited. xtbajee reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Providers and Certification

All games available on xtbajee are supplied by licensed and certified third-party game studios, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Playtech. Each provider's games operate under their own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. xtbajee does not operate any proprietary game engine and does not modify the RTP (Return to Player) settings of any game below the provider's stated configuration.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

6.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets on xtbajee — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and other sports — the following additional rules apply:

• Odds are subject to change up until the event start time. Bets placed before an odds change are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, provided the bet was accepted by the system.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. xtbajee reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion criteria are met (as defined by the relevant competition rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use xtbajee only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the platform to transmit, store, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

7.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information you provide to xtbajee — at registration, during verification, and at any other time — is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, false name, or another person's payment details, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

7.3 Personal Use Only

Your xtbajee account is strictly for your personal use. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You must not use your xtbajee account on behalf of any other person, business, or organisation. You must not act as an agent in placing bets on behalf of third parties through your xtbajee account.

7.4 Responsible Conduct

You agree to engage with xtbajee's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — in good faith. You agree not to attempt to circumvent self-exclusion measures by registering a new account after having self-excluded. Any such attempt will result in the immediate closure of all accounts associated with your identity.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Upon your request, any remaining real-money balance — excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to your verified payment method within 5–7 business days. 8.3 Effect of Closure

8.4 Governing Law
